After a three-year round-the-world expedition in search of the water people, the Paris Port Authority (le Port Autonome de Paris) was pleased to welcome La Boudeuse to the port de Bercy, so that Captain Patrice Franceschi and his crew could present and share their experiences and findings with the general public of the Ile de France region. The river port of Paris felt (and will always feel) particularly honoured by the presence of this magnificent sea-going vessel on its quayside, alongside the barges, push tugs, container ships and Freycinet barges.
